Lease of Premises in a Planned Building at Nordbyhagen — Award of Contract

Akershus universitetssykehus HF (Akershus University Hospital Trust) currently has a contract with N.K.S. Helsehus Akershus AS (NKS) for the hire of premises in a building located in the hospital area. The building Akershus University Hospital leases in is built on a site that NKS attaches to the hospital. NKS will erect a new building on the site, and in this connection it has been decided that Akershus University Hospital Trust will enter into a contract for the lease of premises in the new building. The estimated takeover is assessed for the third quarter 2023. The lease duration from the date of takeover is 20 years. Lot 1: Akershus universitetssykehus HF (Akershus University Hospital Trust) currently has a contract with N.K.S. Helsehus Akershus AS (NKS) for the hire of premises in a building located in the hospital area. The building Akershus University Hospital leases in is built on a site that NKS attaches to the hospital. The contract value is estimated based on the current basic lease and joint costs. The lease contract involves among other things, the lease of wards, outpatient clinic areas, areas for day treatment, other special areas and office areas.
