Lease of computer rooms in the Lefdal Mine Datacentre (LMD)

Description

Sikt is planning to sign a contract for the lease of premises and computer rooms at the Lefdal Mine Datacentre (LMD). It is Sikt's assessment that this lease is covered by § 2-4 a) of the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR), which provides an exemption from the procurement regulations for contracts for "the lease of existing buildings or other immovable property, or of rights to such property" Lot 1: Sikt is planning to sign a contract for the lease of premises and computer rooms at the Lefdal Mine Datacentre (LMD).
