Nottinghamshire County Council requires Housing Providers to deliver Supported Housing and Housing Management Services across Nottinghamshire. Lot 1: Supported Housing Ashfield - 2 schemes Supported Housing Ashfield - 2 schemes. Core and Cluster Accommodation. Each scheme must incorporate at least 8 units and no more than 12 units. The phases of delivery are defined as follows: Phase 1 – When the Housing Provider obtains the required permissions and builds the scheme(s). Phase 1 must be completed by 30th June 2026. Phase 2 – Occurs after the scheme(s) have been built to the standards required by the Contract. During this period the Housing Provider will commence delivery of Housing Management Services. Phase 2 should commence no later than the 1st July 2026 and will continue for an initial term of 10 years. Lot 2: Supported Housing Broxtowe - 2 schemes Supported Housing Broxtowe - 2 schemes. Core and Cluster Accommodation. Each scheme must incorporate at least 8 units and no more than 12 units. The phases of delivery are defined as follows: Phase 1 – When the Housing Provider obtains the required permissions and builds the scheme(s). Phase 1 must be completed by 30th June 2026. Phase 2 – Occurs after the scheme(s) have been built to the standards required by the Contract. During this period the Housing Provider will commence delivery of Housing Management Services. Phase 2 should commence no later than the 1st July 2026 and will continue for an initial term of 10 years. Lot 3: Supported Housing Mansfield - 2 schemes Supported Housing Mansfield - 2 schemes. The phases of delivery are defined as follows: Phase 1 – When the Housing Provider obtains the required permissions and builds the scheme(s). Phase 1 must be completed by 30th June 2026.
