Nottingham City Council is reviewing its provision of Extra Care services and has conducted a commissioning review. As part of the review process, a new model of Extra Care is being considered and we are seeking views from the market on the key elements of this proposed model. Please note that this is a not a Procurement Exercise. Please review the information contained within the Soft Market Testing Questions provided as attached here.
