Repair and maintenance services of central heating

Description

Alpha Housing Association (Northern Ireland) Ltd, Fold Housing Association, Habinteg Housing Association(Ulster) Ltd and Triangle Housing Association Ltd, (each a Contracting Authority) are registered social providers with housing stock throughout Northern Ireland. The Contract will encompass the undertaking, on a three star basis, of periodic servicing, testing, inspection, certification, maintenance and repair to gas and other alternative heating appliances and installations for which the Contracting Authorities holds repairing responsibility. The Contract will also include for responsive repairs and maintenance to complete domestic hot and cold water installations; and legionella testing and monitoring.
