Integrated Consultancy Team for Under The Bridge Public Realm

The Economic Operator shall provide an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities:- • Project Manager • Design Team (Landscape Architect, Civil, Structural and Highways Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Cost Manager, Planning Consultant, Traffic Consultant). • Perform Principal Designer duties in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (NI) 2016; • This is a one stage contract –i.e. traditional design by Integrated Consultant team from RIBA Plan of Works Stage 0-7 (for which this contract relates). The ICT will also be involved in the contractor procurement process including the production of contractor PQQ & ITT documentation and the evaluation process (select list at PQQ stage and awarded at ITT stage). • This project is being funded by Belfast City Council.
