The contracting authority is in need of a comprehensive solution/professional system for nursery schools and schools, including wraparound care services. The professional system must: • Be a comprehensive system for administration and communication for nursery schools and schools, including wraparound care services. • Be in Norwegian. • Be user-friendly and have an intuitive user interface. • Be easy to manage and possess good functionality for user administration and access management. • Possess different user interfaces adapted to different types of user groups. • Be flexible regarding future development as new needs arise. • Be secure and take into account all requirements for information security and relevant legislation. The offered solution must be a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) system wherein operation, maintenance and user support/support are included in the tenderer's delivery/solution.
