Summary of the work We require an expert consultant in agile and participative IT organisational design, change and transformation to support the design and implementation of a new Target Operating Model for IT. Leading and coaching methods of participative organisational structure and design 2. 1:1 change and agile coaching for senior leaders and IT teams 3. Organisational change problem solving consultancy Skills & Experience • Have significant participative organisational design skills • Have significant experience in designing inclusive campaigns • Have significant experience in IT organisational design • Have organisational change management skills • Have extensive leadership coaching skills • Have problem solving skills • Have track record and experience in working with Local Governement organisations in designing IT structures and operating models • Have certified qualifications in problem solving • Have certified qualifications in psychology of the mind and behaviour (e.g. NLP or equivalent) Work Location remotely, but possible travel to Newham and Havering required Working Arrangments predominantly remotely, in team meetings and 1:1. After lock-down potentially a requirement for site meetings for specific one off events (e.g. workshops) No expenses offered. What would be your desired pay rate /day rate for the role? To be determined by the procurement process 5. What availability do Senior Managers and all those involved in this transformation have to commit to change? (i.e. everyone has 2 half days a week for workshops free in calendars) Senior Managers have fully committed to this transformation and will be available as required 6. Please can you confirm the latest start date as it seems unlikely to be 1st March as this is the day the applications close. The successful supplier will be able to start work immediately. The latest acceptable start date will be 5th March 2021 7. Out consultants have very strong experience of agile change implementation within Local governament/Public sector with PRINCE 2 and MSP Practitioner certifications ( no specific certifications of problem solving/NLP, as per your requirement), would you consider our application? We will only be considering applications based on the essential skills and experiences listed. 8. Wikipedia define NLP as “a pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy”. This is listed as a “must have” skill. Would the council accept experience in witchcraft as a suitable alternative? No 9. Another “must have” skill is “certified qualifications in problem solving”. Would a certification from the University of Life suffice? Is problem solving in general what is required, or do you require somthing more specific, such as diferntial equations? A certified or accredited qualification in problem solving techniques/methods is required 10. How can suppliers give scenario based evidence for obtaining a qualification? Evidence of the application and outcomes of the skills/qualifications in previous engagements is the requirement 11. Will it be sufficient to simply list any relevant qualifications? Evidence of the application and outcomes of the skills/qualifications in previous engagements is the requirement 12. How do you see the NLP side of things working with Agile? Skills and qualifications are required in a range of methodologies and techniques which will be expected to be adapted to this specific working environment. 13. Is it possible the 3 month duration will be extended? This will be reviewed during the course of the engagement. 14. Can you please provide some examples of problem-solving certifications that you are looking for? Some illustrative examples include CQI/IRCA Managing Problem Solving Practitioner and the CPDUK Accredited Creative Problem Solving certification.
