Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a suitable and experienced Provider for a Printing and Distribution Service to deliver information across the borough of Sefton for a period of 2 years from 17th May 2024 (with 1 x 12 month extension option available). Primarily this will consist of information relating to strategic transport schemes however other departments across the council may also use the service from time to time for the distribution of other important information. Sefton Council have a need to either consult or provide information to the public in relation to proposed or confirmed schemes or changes to services. Whilst this information can be provided electronically, there is also a need to target information directly to residents and businesses who may be particularly affected by the schemes or changes in question. Anticipated commissions will include: • The printing of information and distribution of a letter/leaflet via door-to-door hand delivered drops to a targeted area – details of which will be provided • The printing of information and distribution of a letter / leaflet via Royal Mail Post to a targeted area – details of which will be provided (to include the printing of labels and inserting into envelopes) All information will be provided in PDF and / or Word format Tracked delivery (i.e. GPS) is preferable with proof of delivery being provided to this effect when requested by Sefton Council.
