Description

The Employer wishes to have the following work carried out: Design and construction of new modular welfare facilities in accordance with the project brief, connection of all required services and the provision of ancillary works externally to ensure safe access and egress from the new welfare facility. The Works will also include provision of temporary welfare accommodation for depot staff for the duration of the construction phase and obtaining all necessary building warrant approvals.
