CWC26022 - Green Park SEN Expansion

Description

In line with Wolverhampton City Council's statutory duty to ensure sufficient school places are available, the Council is looking to appoint a contractor to provide the Green Park school with sufficient accommodation to cater for the increase in commissioned places. The requirements are: • An extension consisting of three classrooms; a rebound room; sensory room; sensory pod; and reflection room. • A modular building to accommodate an increase in the number of staff. • Additional car and minibus parking to cater for an increase in the number of staff and pupils Keywords: Building, Construction works, School construction
