Description
The Contractor shall provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and subsequent repairs and upgrade works on all sites: 1 Head Office 6 domestic flats used as office space by the NHS 5 domestic properties used as HMO's 111 communal stairs, typically 6 flats in a block This includes an out of hours emergency service. The Contractor shall provide and carry out management, operation, repair and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to the following Services: Emergency Lighting Systems Fire Alarms and Detector Systems Smoke Vent Systems Fire extinguishers Fire blankets Intruder alarms CCTV Each site may have any, or all of the equipment listed above. Lot 1: 2 stage procurement: SPD Up to 6 contractors selected to receive ITT Contract awarded to MEAT on 60% quality and 40% cost
