Primary Mental Health and Clinical Psychology services for the Suffolk Youth Justice Service Lot 1: Suffolk County Council are intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C under the Provider Selection Regime. These services are provided by the NHS and consist of providing healthcare to individuals. This contract includes the following services undertaken by Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT): • Primary Mental Health Worker services NSFT provide 3 Primary Mental Health Workers who are located in each of the three operational Youth Justice Teams in Suffolk. The PMHW's provide specialist Mental Health consultation, assessment and therapeutic intervention to children involved with the Youth Justice Service. • Clinical Psychology services This role provides SYJS Practitioners with case formulation, advice, support and clinical supervision specifically in relation to the Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing needs of children. These services are provided by the NHS, consists of providing health care to individuals and falls under relevant CPV codes listed within the Provider Selection Regime. The contract is expected to run from 1st April 2026 to 31 March 2029, with an optional 24-month extension to 31 March 2031. The total estimated lifetime value of the contract (including the optional extension) is £942,930 ex VAT.
