Description

The main contract for Substance Misuse Services services is commissioned by Local Authorities. S7A vaccination and screening contracts align to substance misuse and integrated sexual health services who are directly commissioned by local authority and can only be delivered by the existing commissioned providers. Lot 1: The relevant authority intends to award this contract under the Direct Award Process A under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The lifetime value of the contract is £8,960. The contract, as per national guidance, is paid on an activity-based tariff of £10.06. Item of service plus vaccine cost estimated at £19.80. National uplifts apply.
