The Council's aim is to establish a Framework of suppliers covering a broad range of building, mechanical, electrical, maintenance and related trades. Appointed suppliers will be required to carry out minor works and maintenance to the Council's premises as and when required on a call-off basis. The premises concerned include a mix of offices, residential properties used and schools. The Council's intention is to appoint 3 suppliers per Lot, and suppliers shall not be able to tender for more than 2 Lots overall. The Framework will consist of: Lot 1: Electrical; Lot 2: Heating and Ventilation; Lot 3: General Building; Lot 4: Roofing; Lot 5: Asbestos Removals.
