Description

Skatteetaten (the Norwegian Tax Administration) will enter into a maintenance contract for the Elin and PAK collection systems. The collection systems handle respectively collection of maintenance payments (Elin) and collection of erroneous payments and insurance requirements from NAV, HELFO and requirements from GFF (PAK). In addition to maintenance, the contract includes further development of the systems. NAV operates the system in NAV's own infrastructure and the Norwegian Tax Administration has a separate operational contract. The maintenance contract was transferred from NAV to the Norwegian Tax Administration in accordance with the business transfer of the collection environment in NAV to the Norwegian Tax Administration. Consequently, the Norwegian Tax Administration implements the prior information for the maintenance contract.
