Leek Wootton Learning and Development Building Refurbishment Project

Please note this is an AWARDED contract and is NOT a call for competition. The Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for a complete Cat B refurbishment of the Learning and Development Centre (formerly the Training Block) at Warwickshire Police’s Leek Wootton site. The internal areas will be modified to provide new office, teaching and conference spaces. The tiered lecture theatre will be transformed into a multi-purpose function room with flexible seating arrangements and AV presentation equipment. DDA compliant access will be provided to all floors via the introduction of a platform lift. This was following a below works threshold, closed invitation only, procurement under PA2023. The works are expected to commence on 19 October 2026 with an expected completion date on or before 27 March 2027. There is a 12 month rectification period from effective completion date. ## Contract award
