Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Stage 1 - Phase 1 (CCS RM6347 Lot 6 Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure)

Description

The Authority, utilising the CCS Framework RM6347 Lot 6: Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure, intends to appoint a single supplier (referred to in the tender and contract as the Contractor) to deliver the requirements set out within the ITT Scope. The initial phase will involve the procurement and installation of nine EV chargers across four sites, including project management, design services, and potential DNO uplift support. Subject to satisfactory Contractor performance and future budget approvals, additional phases for EV charger installation across the Authority’s estate may be commissioned through to 2030. All relevant information is provided within the tender documentation. This procurement will be conducted as a Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 and will follow a two‑stage process: Stage 1: A Conditions of Participation pass/fail assessment. Stage 2: Shortlisted bidders were invited to submit full tenders, which were then evaluated by an independent panel on a combination of quality and price. Following conclusion of moderation and internal approval within the Authority, the award is issued to AMP EV Ltd. ## Contract award
