UKUPC is at the early stages of looking to establish a national Professional Services in Construction Framework consisting of seven service provision Lots: Lot 1: Lead Consultant / Multi-Disciplinary Provider (National and/or Regional) Lot 2: Project Management (Regional) Lot 3: Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy (Regional) Lot 4: Structural Engineering (Regional) Lot 5: MEP (Regional) Lot 6: Planning Consultancy (Regional) including but not limited to geological surveying, listed buildings consultancy and associated planning considerations, energy consumption and related energy services. Lot 7: Architectural Design Services (Regional) The framework will be governed by NEC 4 PSC, NEC4 PSSC andJCT terms and conditions. It will run for an initial two (2) years with a possible extension of up to 24 months. We are interested in engaging with suppliers who may wish to work with the Higher Education sector and understand the drivers for value for money for the associated membership base of UKUPC.
