Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Vacuum Filler for Flavoured Butter Production Facility Requirement Gower View Foods Ltd seeks quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and operator training of a vacuum filler for use within a flavoured butter production facility. Suppliers may offer a Handtmann VF80, Vemag HP3, or equivalent vacuum filling system that meets or exceeds the minimum specification detailed below. Scope of Supply The successful supplier shall provide a complete vacuum filling solution suitable for the transfer, portioning, depositing, and filling of flavoured butter and related dairy products within a food manufacturing environment. Product Application The equipment shall be suitable for processing: • Flavoured butter products. • Compound butters containing herbs, spices, seasonings, and inclusions. • Semi-solid and viscous dairy products. • Products requiring accurate portioning and gentle handling to maintain product quality and consistency. Minimum Technical Specification Filling Technology • Vacuum filling technology. • Continuous product feed system. • Positive displacement filling principle or equivalent. • Gentle product handling to preserve product texture and inclusions. • Consistent and accurate portion control. • Adjustable filling parameters to accommodate different product types and pack sizes. Performance Requirements • Suitable for continuous commercial food production. • Variable output capacity to suit production requirements. • High filling accuracy and repeatability. • Capable of handling products with varying viscosities. • Designed for reliable operation in a dairy processing environment. Construction • Food-grade stainless-steel construction. • Hygienic design suitable for dairy and food manufacturing applications. • Smooth, cleanable product contact surfaces. • Easy access for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. • Suitable for wash-down environments. Site Location Installation will take place at Gower View Foods Ltd, Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire, Wales. Equivalent Equipment Quotations are invited for a Handtmann VF80, Vemag HP3, or equivalent vacuum filling machine. Equivalent equipment will be considered where suppliers can demonstrate comparable performance, hygiene standards, reliability, operational functionality, and suitability for flavoured butter production.
