Supply and Installation of Stainless-Steel Conveyor and Pneumatic Lid Press Requirement Gower View Foods Ltd seeks quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a stainless-steel conveyor and pneumatic lid press for use on a flavoured butter production line. Scope of Supply The successful supplier shall provide: 1. Stainless-Steel Conveyor o Food-grade stainless-steel construction suitable for use in a food production environment. o Powered conveyor complete with 240V motor. o Conveyor to be integrated with and fed from the existing adjacent potting/filling machine. o Conveyor height to be matched to the outfeed height of the existing filler. o Conveyor length approximately 1,500mm. o Conveyor outfeed designed to discharge product to either:  an existing metal detector, or  a lazy Susan packing table. 2. Pneumatic Lid Press o Pneumatic lid press mounted along the conveyor line. o Lid press to include automatic product detection via infeed sensor. o Press to be mounted on the side of the conveyor. o Lid press to utilise the conveyor electrical power supply where appropriate. o Suitable for consistent and reliable application/pressing of lids onto filled butter pots. 3. Installation and Commissioning o Delivery to site. o Installation of conveyor and lid press. o Mechanical and electrical integration with existing equipment. o Testing and commissioning to demonstrate satisfactory operation. o Provision of operating instructions and basic operator training if required. Site Requirements The purchaser will provide: • A suitable 240V electrical supply. • A compressed air supply for operation of the pneumatic lid press. The supplier shall provide a suitable connection point on the control panel for the compressed air feed. Quotation Requirements Suppliers should include: • Detailed technical specification of the proposed equipment. • Lead time from order to installation. • Warranty details. • Any ongoing maintenance requirements. • Total cost including delivery, installation, commissioning, and any associated charges. Location Installation will take place at Gower View Foods Ltd, Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire, Wales.
