Digital Timesheet System

Description

The purpose of this engagement is to understand supply market and vendor landscape for digital timesheet solutions, to enable digitisation of the current manual process of submitting supplier timesheets for contracted labour, equipment and plant used for maintenance of Network Rail infrastructure. Lot 1: The purpose of this RFI is to engage with the supply base and request information relating to the existing digital timesheet solutions available in the market, specifically this RFI will look to address the following areas • Identify existing digital timesheet solutions available in the market • Review if identified functionality and capabilities for timesheet solutions can be met by existing products available in the market • Identify indicative costs of the software solutions available in the market • Identify any additional capabilities that Network Rail may have not considered • Ensure suppliers who are interested in any potential future tender activity relating to this requirement are aware of the procurement platform that will be used, and provide them with the steps to complete qualification to this platform (should they not have already done so) Please forward any information regarding the above to emma.ditchfield@networkrail.co.uk by 17/01/25
