Multiple Framework Agreement for Works Contracts for Projects with a value not exceeding €15million established on foot of an Initial Contract for the MMC campus at Mount Lucas Project for LOETB

Description

The development of Groundworks to facilitate the future development of a Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Demonstration Park, consisting of the construction of access roads, paths, set-down areas, foundation pads, storm water storage swales, service connections, public lighting, and all associated site development. These will also include the upgrade/ replacement of the existing foul water treatment plant. The foundation pads are to be oversized and constructed to provide a designed formation level for the foundation systems of 5 no. MMC system dwellings to be constructed thereon, for use for training and research purposes.
