CASWS INVOLVING EXTERNAL INSULATION AND ASSOCIATED WORKS

Description

Installation of non-combustible external wall insulation, cavity pumping and cill replacement at Mount Bruis NS. There is associated works to the drainage, (underground and surface) required due to the location of the drainage network. The project involves moving M and E services and relocation to the EWI surface in addition to making safe incoming overhead cables and relocation of ESB mini pillar box. Other works include ancillary building works which are associated with the EWI, such as removal and relocation of stone plaque, basketball hoops, soffit adjustment, gable ladder and roof interface adjustment, railing and gate adjustments, signage and work to flat roofs.
