The work covered comprises: - a) Internal alterations to form new store off the existing Dining Room/ Gym Hall. b) Formation of new extension to form Store to include new floor/ wall/ ceiling finishes and internal decoration. c) Mechanical and electrical installations to suit new layout. d) External works associated with the reinstatement of the adjacent ground.
