Hornsey Library Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) Remediation Works

Description

The Employer invites Tenders for the Wood Green Library project, for the proposed works as detailed in the tender documents. Scope of works includes but not limited to: 1. Structural works to the underside of the RAAC 2. Intumescent coatings to all existing and new steelwork 3. New cavity void barrier 4. MEP works to reinstate services: CCTV, Fire Alarm, Aspirating system, Data, Power, Lighting 5. Fabric works: new suspended ceiling and decorations.
