WAS-ITT-45090 - Supply and Installation of Perspex Screens for NEPTS Vehicles - WAST

Description

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust require a contractor to design and fit Perspex or polycarbonate screening to Renault Master Ambulances. Screen must be clear and completely separate the saloon from the cab in a manner that provides a seal to prevent the transmission of airborne droplets between the 2 separate areas. Please refer to the specification document to review the full requirement. WAST estimate around 80 vehicles in its fleet will require the following service, however this number could increase or decrease based on requirement. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE Please note that the following service requirement is subject to requirement and will only be deemed necessary should a second infective wave of Covid-19 occur, as a result we ask all suppliers who submit a bid to hold pricing for 6 months. Suppliers should also note that the award for the following may not go ahead and the project may be abandoned at any point Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Trust into English before consideration.
