Description

Objective: Upgrade/replacement of BMS [Building Management System]/SD [Centralised Operational Control] and EOS [Energy Management System] for a more well-functioning technical solution and organisation of surveillance, notification and management of statuses and incidents in the Department's computer centre that may result in nonconformities. A further description of the contract is given in the ‘General description BMS SD EOS’ [‘Overordnet beskrivelse BMS SD EOS’], Annex 2. A further description of the contract is given in the ‘General description BMS SD EOS’ [‘Overordnet beskrivelse BMS SD EOS’], Annex 2. The requirements specification is exempted from publicity and is submitted to providers who are invited to participate in the tendering process. This also applies to Annex 3 in the price sheet. The request for participation's structure, content, etc. The tender must be given in Norwegian. However, the enclosed documentation can be submitted in English, Danish or Swedish if the documentation is unavailable in Norwegian. Annexes shall normally be uploaded in PDF format. If the contracting authority has attached an Annex that tenderers must complete, the Annex can be uploaded in the same file format as the Annex. A complete request for participation must include the following: 1) a letter confirming that the tenderer's request for participation in the competition, containing the following information: — a verification showing that the request for participation complies with the requirements and terms of the competition documents or — a reference to an attachment with a description of any reservation thereof. — date, — name, title and signature of person with authorisation to bind the tenderer to the contract; 2) Other documentation — ESPD, — documentation showing compliance with the qualification requirements and the selection criteria, — commitment statement.
