Description

The farmhouse at Home Farm, Eagle drive has been suffering from water ingress for a number of years and needs to be bought up to basic statutory compliance levels. The required works include replacing the roof and rainwater goods, insulate loft, refurbishing windows, mortar repairs, replacing internal defective plaster, electrical safety testing, fire detection system installation, asbestos refurbishment survey. Through procurement we wish to find a competent contractor who can complete all the required works through one project before the end of Autumn 2025. ## Contract award Title: Home Farm Building & Repair Works
