Provision of Programme Oversight and Assurance Services in relation to the MetroLink Programme

Description

Following on from the publication of a Periodic Indicative Notice in April 2026 (243960-2026), the NTA is establishing a MetroLink Programme Oversight and Assurance Team which shall coordinate, oversee, and work collaboratively with the delivery partners to ensure that MetroLink is delivered effectively, efficiently and that its benefits are realised. The MetroLink Programme Oversight and Assurance Team will be led by the NTA and augmented by the Successful Tenderer. The Successful Tenderer shall provide project support and day-to-day management of the oversight and assurance of MetroLink from the Approving Authority perspective. The indicative total contract value over the 10 year contract period is an estimate only and based on the maximum contract value in accordance with Procurement Regulations. While the actual value may vary, it will not exceed the stated contract value in this notice.
