Development of the Social Care Workforce Delivery Plan 2027 to 2030

The purpose of this tender is to appoint a supplier to develop the next Social Care Workforce Delivery Plan for Wales covering 2027–2030.The supplier will carry out research, stakeholder engagement, consultation management, and analysis to produce a fully developed, bilingual, accessible Delivery Plan that reflects national priorities and the needs of the social care workforce. The work will ensure that Social Care Wales, Welsh Government, and national partners have an evidence‑based, co‑produced plan that sets out clear priorities,actions and measures of impact for the next phase of workforce strategyimplementation.
