Pre Market Consultation for the provision of Procurement Consultancy Services

Description

As per the Prior Information Notice (PIN) published in 13th April 2026, the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) intends to run a competitive procurement process for the provision of Procurement Services in 2026. As part of the procurement process, the OGP is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) document and invites responses from Practitioners and Economic Operators in the Procurement services market. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the provision of Procurement services to assist in the development and structuring of the upcoming Request for Tenders. This is also an opportunity for market players to provide valuable information to the OGP in respect of any issues or challenges relevant to this market and to submit any suggestions which would enhance the provision of Procurement services to Public Sector Bodies (PSBs) in Ireland.
