Description

This procurement seeks consultancy services to support Abertay University’s InfoSmart project, focused on developing and implementing a comprehensive Records Management System and a Data Warehouse solution. The tender is split into two distinct Lots: *Lot 1 – Focuses on Records Management and the implementation of an Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) utilising the Microsoft 365 platform, specifically SharePoint and Purview. *Lot 2 – Data Warehouse focuses on the design and implementation of a secure, scalable Data Warehouse solution, to replace the current reporting system that relies on a direct database connection to the Student Management System, specifically Tribal SITS. The main focus is on integration, data security, and long-term scalability. Both Lots aim to improve data management, governance, and reporting capabilities within Abertay University’s infrastructure.
