Provision of specialised support to GSA's market development (5 lots)

Description

The objective of this tender is to establish 5 framework contracts for the provision of specialised support to GSA's market development. Taking into account the different nature and objectives of the activities to be performed, the procurement procedure is divided into 5 lots as follows: lot 1: monitoring of GNSS market and technology, including econometric modelling and forecasting and impact assessments; lots 2–5: EGNSS market development in professional applications (lot 2), transport applications (lot 3), consumer application (lot 4), governmental applications (lot 5). The contractor is expected to support the GSA in analysing the GNSS market and technology, in particular Galileo and EGNOS applications, modelling the different segments. The contractor is expected to provide technical consulting and business expertise to GSA in all matters related to the implementation of the EGNSS adoption strategy in the area of professional applications, aiming at increased penetration of Galileo and EGNOS in the GNSS equipment and increased overall GNSS use at the application level. The contractor is expected to provide technical assistance and expertise to GSA in all matters related to the implementation of the EGNSS adoption roadmap in the area of transport applications, aiming at increased penetration of Galileo and EGNOS in the GNSS equipment and increased overall GNSS use at the application level. The contractor is expected to provide technical assistance and expertise to GSA in all matters related to the implementation of the EGNSS adoption roadmap in the area of location based services (LBS) and Internet of things (IoT) applications, aiming at increased penetration of Galileo and EGNOS in the GNSS equipment and increased overall GNSS use at the application level. The contractor is expected to provide technical assistance and expertise to GSA in all matters related to the implementation of the EGNSS adoption roadmap in the area of governmental applications, aiming at increased penetration of Galileo and EGNOS in the GNSS equipment and increased overall GNSS use at the application level. The governmental applications cover all GNSS applications using encrypted signals (including but not limited to PRS service).
