Description

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for condition evaluations and maintenance plans for buildings. Lot 1: The contracting authority shall procure assistance in performing condition evaluations and maintenance plans for buildings. Condition analyses The condition evaluation shall be performed in accordance with NS 3424:12 Condition evaluation of Structures, NS- 16096 Condition evaluation of listed and protected buildings. Sintef/Byggforsk. 700.305 Condition evaluation as a basis for a maintenance plan. The condition evaluation shall include the following: - The objective of the condition evaluation is to register, assess and document the condition of the building. - The condition evaluation includes planning, information about the building, registration of condition, risk assessment and recommendations, summary and condition reporting.
