On behalf of Colchester Borough Homes, Colchester City Council wishes to commission an experienced contractor to undertake a remodel and refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floor of St Edmunds House, Tamarisk Way, Greenstead, Colchester, CO4 3GW. The actual work comprises a full building strip out, remodel and refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floors of St Edmunds House, including associated structural, M&E and FF&E installation, utilising a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2016 (ICD 2016) Form of contract. This opportunity has been issued via mini competition, utilising the Essex Construction Framework 3 (ECF3), Lot 1.
