Project Management (PM) Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Consultancy Services for the Provision of Infrastructure Delivery for IDA IRELAND

IDA Property Division is now seeking to appoint a Project Management Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Design Team to deliver all services outlined in this document. The Project management led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team will manage and provide all relevant consultancy services with respect to the design and delivery of the infrastructure (new access road and all associated utility connections electricity, water, drainage, gas, comms) at IDA Lands at Belview, Co. Kilkenny. In line with IDA’s current strategy ‘Driving Recovery and Sustainable Growth 2021-2024’, delivery of this project should include for sustainable measures in the design and construction stages where possible and the protection and restoration of biodiversity in the surrounding area. The Project Management led Multi-Disciplinary Team should consist of suitably qualified and experienced resources including a Project Manager, Civil, Structural and Design Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, PSDP, Assigned Certifier, Landscape Architect and any specialist advisors to provide design, planning and implementation of all subsequent contracts for the provision of the project. The scope of services for the Project Management Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team will include (1) Initial Design and Master-Planning (2) Detailed Design and Planning Permission (3) Procurement and Assessment of a suitable Works Contractor (4) Construction and (5) Handover. A multi-disciplinary Technical Resource (Resident Engineer) will be required to be procured by the appointed Design Team and a separate appointment will be made for this.
