Homes England - Legal Services Framework 2026-2030

Description

Homes England is planning to appoint a national framework of legal professional service providers to provide a range of property and investment related legal services. It is proposed that the framework will cover services over 2 lots, with lot 1 for real estate and investment legal services (including affordable housing) and lot 2 for corporate legal services. Individual commissions and appointments from the framework will be either be via direct award or further competition. No documents need to be submitted on ProContract at this stage.
