Description
The section of brickwork at Roade Cutting is defective and requires permanent repair, and is circa min of 5metres wide by 3metres high and 300mm think (to be confirmed by coring). JMS believe that sprayed concrete would be a viable solution in providing a permanent repair. The work is scheduled to be undertaken during a Christmas Blockade 29th December 2025 to 5th January 2026. Subcontractor is to apply the spray concrete with stainless steel mesh and fixings and anchoring. The possession starts on the 29th December 2025 at 12.00 and ends 5th January 2026 at 04.10. Because of the time of the year we will also look at installing a temporary works scaffold with encapsulation in case of low temperatures and this will allow yourselves access to carry out the work. JMS will provide all welfare, RRVs / trailers, safety critical staff, isolation, temp works with encapsulations.
