Bathrooms construction work

Description

Generally the works will comprise of the removal of the existing bathroom suite, pipe boxing and bulkheads where required and stripping back the wastes and supplies to a suitable point to allow for renewal. The replacement of hot and cold supplies to the w/h/b, bath and new electric shower and the installation of a cold supply to the wc pan, forming new bulkheads and pipe boxing as required. Installing a proprietary wet wall ceiling and fitting wet wall panels round the bathroom walls to dado level approximately. Wiring and fitting new extract fan and bathroom light. It is anticipated that 800 bathrooms in total will be replaced, this will be spread approximately 200 per annum over the next 4 years in the West Lothian and Falkirk areas.
