Description

The proposed works involved the extension of the existing site to accommodate the construction of a new amenity block and all associated civil engineering works. The primary works were: Site preparation and earthworks, including excavation, grading, and formation of new paved areas. Installation of underground services such as drainage, water supply, and power. Construction of foundations and structural base for the new amenity block. Erection of the amenity block, including all necessary building, mechanical, and electrical installations. External works, including new carriageway areas, paved areas, landscaping, and boundary treatments.
