Description

The scope of the contract will be for the awarded supplier to deliver a casework management software solution for the use of the Council's Human Resources (HR) department. The supplier will also be required to implement the solution at Coventry City Council including any customisation / configuration required to meet the Council's specification (including workflows), ongoing licencing and support & maintenance for the use of the solution, hosting and training for Council staff for the solutions use.
