GB-King's Lynn: Refurbishment of Toilet Facilities and Replacement of Waste Pipework

The Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk is looking to appoint a sole contractor for: •Part A: A full refurbishment of the male and female "bar toilets" on the 1st floor at Alive Lynnsport (a large leisure centre in King's Lynn), which must also include fully compliant disabled WC facilities. •Part B: Removal and replacement of existing soil pipework associated to these toilets. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
