Request for Information (RFI) For Translation Solution

Description

Revenue has a number of public offices that provide a walk in service for the public. As part of this service, Revenue customer service representatives are on the floor to direct customers to the relevant areas. To provide a more efficient and user-friendly process we are looking for a translation solution for our customer service representatives to use to help assist via a translation app/device in communication with customers where English would not be their first language, this would be in real time. This could be a handheld device or an app that can be downloaded on to a mobile device. The solution should be independent of the Revenue domain. Due to the confidential nature of the work Revenue undertakes all Revenue data must remain located within the EEA. All solutions must be GDPR-compliant.
