Description

The Norwegian Food Safety Authority would like to enter into an ongoing service contract for the procurement of response services related to ICT incidents. Lot 1: Incident management is a process to identify and respond to an ICT security incident. An ICT security incident has occurred if an actor has had unwanted access to one or more information systems - or there is a suspicion that someone has obtained such unwanted access - with the intention of obtaining access to sensitive information, or to destroy, damage, or change information on the systems with regards to confidentiality, authenticity, integrity, and/or availability.
