Kristiansand municipality is obliged to provide a day and activity offer in accordance with the Health and Care Services Act § 3-3. There are an increasing number of youths/adults in Kristiansand municipality that require a day and activity offer. The participants may have different challenges in the form of physical, somatic and cognitive functional impairment. Therefore it is a requirement that the offer is suitable for the target group that will at any given time participate in the activity offer. The day and activity offer shall be a supplement to the municipality's own activity house. It is preferable that the activities in the offer should be of a creative nature such as music, drama and art. It will be entered into a contract with up to 2 tenderers It will be entered into a contract for 8 places/participants with each tenderer.
