Service concession - User-controlled personal assistant (Norwegian: BPA)

Description

Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities have a procurement collaboration with a joint procurement office, and several tender contests that are being carried out in tendem. The joint procurement office is in Lillehammer municipality. The Lillehammer region invites tenderers to apply for the award of a concession for the delivery of assistance hours in the scheme "user-controlled personal assistance' (Norwegian: BPA)" for users in the municipality. This involves that users who adopt BPA primarily select a private supplier of the service. Lot 1: Award of the concession will result in a contract being entered into with qualified tenderers of BPA in accordance with the specified award criteria. Each individual municipality enters into its own contracts and is responsible for follow-up of the contracts. As of 1.11. 2022, approx. 1155 hours of BPA are delivered to approx. 45 users per week, divided as follows: Users Hours per week Lillehammer municipality 35,720 Øyer municipality 4,210 Gausdal municipality 6,225 Subject to changes during the contract period.
