Audit, consultancy and assistance services in the field of catering in Brussels, including bacteriological analyses of water fountains

Description

The European Parliament has decided to launch this invitation to tender in order to procure audit, consultancy and assistance services in the field of catering in Brussels, with the aim of receiving assistance during the definition and verification process of proper implementation of catering activities, and ensuring the sustainability of the services, compliance with applicable standards and customer satisfaction, as well as procuring appropriate advice and assistance. The services will consist of: — audit-type verification and control operations, with the objective of ensuring that sustainable commercial and collective catering services are correctly implemented in the Parliament's buildings in Brussels, in accordance with the contractual provisions in force, and the legislative and regulatory provisions applicable to these activities, — consultancy missions for the Parliament in order to ensure correct implementation of sustainable commercial and collective catering services in the Parliament's buildings in Brussels, with the aim of progressing and improving, — any other mission relating to the analysis of environmental statistics or satisfaction surveys in the field of sustainable commercial and collective catering in the Parliament's buildings, — bacteriological analyses that meet the safety and hygiene criteria and relate to the production of food products and tap-fed water fountains in the Parliament's buildings in Brussels, — any other ad hoc control process, whether included or not in the list of external services.
