This is a prior information notice (PIN) in relation to identifying a suitably resourced multi-disciplined IT service provider to provide Managed Service for IT Operations and Helpdesk Support to SEAI. The primary requirements of the successful service provider under the contract are: • Managed Service of Server Infrastructure and private cloud support; • IT Service desk and user helpdesk support; • Microsoft productivity application and azure support; and • Security Information & Event Management (Optional) The estimated value of the contract is: €3,038,800 excluding VAT over the 5 years contract term. The estimated budget for the contract will be subject to the annual government estimates and budgetary process in each of the years in question which are subject to change.
