Rahmenvertrag Softwarepflege Standard für „RedHat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform“ Lot 1: Rahmenvertrag über Softwarepflege für „RedHat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform“ im Zeitraum 29.03.2023 bis 28.03.2027 mit folgender Mindestabnahmemenge bei Vertragsbeginn: 2 mal Subscription für "Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 16 Kerne Standard" und 3 mal Subscription für "Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 64 Kerne Standard" für die Dauer von jeweils 3 Jahren. Für alle Leistungen aus diesem Vertrag gilt gesamthaft eine Obergrenze von 800.000 Euro inkl. Ust (Höchstwert). Soweit durch die getätigten Abrufe dieser Wert erreicht wird, können keine weiteren Abrufe aus diesem Vertrag erfolgen. Der Vertrag endet automatisch mit Erreichen der Obergrenze.
